Through vertical machining centers, deep hole gun drilling, MIG and TIG welding in aluminum or steel, and other processes we can make many different types of molds for plastics. We can achieve 3-axis part lengths up to 98 inches and widths up to 50 inches and 26 inches in the height. The 5-axis Thermwood can machine part lengths up to 122 inches, widths up to 61" and heights up to 36" at one time. Parts can be built with weights up to 2500 lbs and CNC tolerances of +/-.005. Lead-time for our projects is excellent, ranging from 2-8 weeks depending on the type of mold and application at hand.
