Patterns can be made from wood, epoxy (REN), polyurethane foam and fiberglass materials.
FOUNDRY PATTERN
Foundry Patterns make permanent aluminum castings. The castings can be for vacuum forms, rotational molds, blow molds, and carpet compression forms.
PROTOTYPE PATTERN
Need prototype parts for testing purposes? Borke Mold Specialists can make your prototype pattern. Prototype patterns are made from from wood, epoxy (REN), polyurethane foam and fiberglass materials.
CHECK GAGE
Check gages assure parts are withing tolerance. Our check gages are usually made of Epoxy REN boards or fiberglass material and painted white.
TRIM FIXTURE
Trim fixtures are made of epoxy REN boards or fiberglass splash off the plastic
part. The fixtures hold the untrimmed part by vacuum or clamps. The CNC machine
will cut the part to size.
WATER JET TRIMMING FIXTURE
Water Jet Fixtures are made of fiberglass and aluminum with Stainless Steel inserts
and are watertight.
