CNC MACHINING
We use MasterCam to design and machine the molds and patterns. We can import IGS,
STEP, DXF, DWG, and X_T files. Borke Mold can also design the part and create a
3D model for you. If you give us a part file, we will create the mold design and
supply that to you.
Here is a picture of the 5-axis Thermwood that can machine up to 61”x122”x36” in
Z.
The 3-axis machines will cut aluminum, steel, wood and epoxy boards. Here is a picture
of our Milltronics BR-50, it can machine up to 50”x98”x23” in Z.
We CNC molds for all types of industries, but we mainly make molds for vacuum forming.
Aluminum molds with moving parts for undercuts are complicated. These molds took
many years of experience to learn what works.
